Here's my input on the pro-life / voting issue:

Suppose Hitler was up for re-election in, say, 1944, at the height of the holocaust.

What if he had a good plan for Germany's education, and a good health care plan.

Would you vote to re-elect Hitler in 1944 on the basis of his education plan in the middle of the holocaust?

Are education and health care significant issues?  Of course.

But first, the madman has to be eliminated before the country can focus on these issues.

In the US, one of the "mad men" is the liberal supreme court.  It is very likely that 1, 2 or 3 liberal judges will be replaced during the first term of the next president.  We cannot afford a president who will replace kind-for-kind, the judges who may be replaced.

Nice post.

Hitler did have enlightened economic policies. His public works projects pulled the Germany economy out of the Great Depression sooner than the USA, even though the economic downturn worse in Germany.

Then it would have been "Jobs or Jews?" Today it is "The Economy or Babies?" Unfortunately that is a tough choice for many people. The choice of trade-offs say much about us a apeople.
